Shipping policy
Nestled Feathers Shipping Policy - We take great care in handling and packaging your order for a safe arrival. Should your order arrive in poor condition, we ask that you promptly notify us at nestledfeathers@gmail.com with your order details and photos of damage to your package. We will initiate an investigation with the USPS and provide you with any information or instructions regarding resolving the issue.
We ship most items via USPS First Class, Priority and Flat Rate Services. We also use UPS for larger items and those that require special handling. If you need special handling for items in your order or Expedited Services to get your order faster than normal, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to provide you with these additional S/H services. Nestled Feathers will refund S/H overages that exceed $3.00 within 14 business days of your anticipated ship date.
