Nestled Feathers News - June 2026

Welcome everyone!  We spent most of the month of May getting seedlings hardened off and with the weather that we have been experiencing here in Upstate New York, it has been quite a challenge this year.  Weeks of monsoon amounts of precipitation and cold temps put us about a month behind schedule.  Not really much news to report except a bunch of checking the forecast and the usual spring cleaning and organizing that goes on around here.  Finally, the last week of May; the weather finally cooperated and we now have most everything tucked into their beds for the summer moths ahead.

So, yeah!!! Welcome June! Whew, we are ready and raring to go at Nestled Feathers!  We have new equipment now available to rent, classes forming, sales events scheduled and a few surprise events in the works as well.  We have plants and a great book selection on sale all summer for those lazy hazy summer afternoons where all you need is a new plant and a great escape to complete your day.

Looking for a fun, cool space to hang out with your friends and craft this summer?  Give us a call or stop by our studio and schedule a class, open craft session or party for you and your guests.  We cover a broad range of crafts such as sewing, scrapbooking, jewelry making, woodworking and photography.  We are happy to work with you to create a fun, informative and memorable event for you and your guests special time together.
